Want to learn more about sleep? Come along to our 30-minute drop-in sleep hub sessions at the Strathclyde Sleep Centre. Sleep experts will be on hand to offer tips to achieve good sleep health, share resources, and run experiments to demonstrate the impact of blue light on sleep and the effects of sleep deprivation on our reaction times.
Glasgow Sleeps: Let’s Make Time for It Sleep Hub Stall

Join us at our stall for the Glasgow Science Festival and explore the world of sleep. From insomnia to shift work, we’ll offer fun activities, including experiments to discover the impact of blue light on sleep and effects of sleep deprivation on reaction times, as well as practical advice and prompts to help sleepers of all ages better understand their sleep health.
