My research investigates the association between insomnia and migraine in postmenopause. I am currently working on a study that utilises survey, diary keeping and interviews to understand how sleep, migraine and menopausal symptoms interact in postmenopause. This will help us to better understand what is happening at this timepoint, to ultimately inform future treatment development and improved care. I am interested in science communication and public outreach to share the findings of my study to researchers, clinicians and members of the public who will benefit from this research.
