Who are your sleep training courses designed for?
We have various training options, which are suitable for a wide range of audiences, including employees, managers, educators, healthcare professionals, and organisations interested in improving sleep health, wellbeing, and performance. The CBT-I masterclass is only available to healthcare practitioners. 
 
Do I need prior knowledge to attend your sleep training courses?
No prior knowledge is required for our courses. All sessions are designed to be accessible and clearly explained, with more advanced options available for professional audiences.
 
Are your sleep training and CBT-I courses evidence-based?
Yes. All training is informed by current sleep and circadian research and delivered by experienced sleep specialists.
 
Can your sleep training be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. Our trainers have years of experience in designing courses for different populations. Content and courses can be adapted to meet a wide variety of needs, while maintaining an evidence-based approach.
 
How is your sleep training delivered?
Training can be delivered live, either virtually or on-site, depending on the course and your organisation’s needs.
 
How long are your workplace and CBT-I training courses?
Sessions range from short 1-hour Lunch & Learn webinar sessions to half-day courses and full-day or multi-day masterclasses.
 
Are your sleep training sessions interactive?
Yes. Sessions are designed to be engaging and may include reflection, discussion, practical exercises, and opportunities for questions. If your audience has specific needs around this please speak to us and we will do our best to assist.
 
Will delegates receive practical sleep strategies they can apply immediately?
Yes. All courses focus on translating research into practical, real-world strategies that delegates can apply immediately.
