Sommer Agnew

Sommer Agnew, Post Graduate Researcher

I have been working with the Sleep Centre since coming to Strathclyde for my MSc in 2019. My research interests include the impact of insomnia on quality of life and treatment of insomnia in patients with cancer. My PhD used mixed methods to investigate the potential for insomnia treatment to improve medication adherence in patients with breast cancer. I am currently working as a Researcher for Scottish Social Services Council, and collaborating with the Sleep Centre on a systematic review of the impact of insomnia in patients with colorectal cancer.
